Occupation: Receptionist at a high-end art gallery while trying to get an advanced art history degree (either masters or PhD depending on what suits). Her specialty is female painters of the late 18th century. She is beloved by her employers at the art gallery, an elderly couple.
She can also be temping in some sort of clerical position, working as a tour guide/docent or similar as suits our purposes.
